Seriously, that program has transformed my entire life.     I am well, obviously over-weight and I want to start working out. I have changed my diet, but I need a workout plan to do at home. I am too insecure to go to a gym right now, so I want to lose weight and then hopefully feel better about myself to where I could get the confidence up and join.     Hi there! I am 24 and just had my first child in March. I am a school teacher, but I dabble a bit in modeling. I recently got my first job since I had the baby. I am scheduled for a photo shot on the 28th of august. I will be modeling swim wear for a popular teenager store. My stomach isn’t as flat as it was before. Its a bit rounded. How can I tighten my abs before then? Also some of my weight went to my thighs and they aren’t as hard as before. How can I make them harder? I can’t go for a run or even to a gym unless I go at like 3am because my husband is a beginning lawyer on his first big case causing him to work constantly, I would but I need some rest. Some easy work out I could do everyday for like 20 minutes would be perfect. Thanks for reading this. Please write anything you think would help. Thanks!

    I’m sixteen years old and I’m wishing to lose some weight. I wouldn’t say I’m overweight or fat, but I’ve got a little extra body weight around my stomach, butt, hips and thighs. I currently weigh 60kgs (132lb), and wish to get down to 154kgs(120lb). I’m only 5’2″ in height, so I’m not being over dramatic or anything.     The bird I have is a parakeet. If you take good care of them then they aren’t so cheap. And cats and dogs go to the vet so I’m thinking anything from a mouse to a lizard to hermit crabs.

    I’m willing to do any kind of excersise, except for weight lifting (Don’t have the equipment). But I would prefer if we stuck to running and ab workouts.

    Like if you buy one, do you just have to put it on for a month and, poof, u have a flat stomach?
    Or do you have to work out with it, if so can you say what exercises you would have to do with it.
    I would really like to get a flat, no lovable stomach, lol. But I cant figure out whats the best way to do it. If anyone has any sec rates or ways, can you tell, because I want the FAST and easiest way possible to a flat stomach.

    Hi. I’m thirteen and I weigh 120-140 pounds. I’m not exactly sure. I wanted to get a flat tummy in about 3-4 weeks. I wanted to know what I could do. I like Pilate’s, but I don’t have any videos and I don’t remember any of the moves. I’m working on eating healthier, but its still cold in Chicago so I don’t really want to go outside.     So, my current situation is : I eat a lot. Especially if it’s fast food/junk food. I’m not fat, but my stomach is not flat and I’m starting to grow little handles and that’s a no-go for me. So, before it reaches that point, I really want to get my stomach flat again. But the problem is : a) I don’t know how and b) I never have time to work out anymore. My exams are coming up in about 4 weeks and that means I have to study really really hard and also perfect my grades.
    I want to know what I can do to get a flat stomach in about 2 months.
    I need help with the diet and the actual workout.

    Also – some leg workouts. Eg., calves, thighs

    I’m a fourteen year old girl and I used to do a lot of sport so I had a toned stomach and toned arms. When I stopped most of my sport because of tendonitis in my knee and heel I noticed my stomach was losing it’s muscledness (it used to be completely hard back book flat) and my arms were getting a little bingo wingish. I started doing 150 situps a night on my bed and then some arms curls with heavy books. Is there anymore ab and arm exercises I could do to get toned fast? If I do 50 situps then stop, do my arm exercises and then do another 50 is that not as good as doing 100 all in one or is it just the same? I’m getting towards what I used to look like but I’ve gained one lb so how long would it take roughly to get a really toned stomach again?

    I have love handles and have tried dieting and almost every ab workout you can think of for about a year. I dance every day, do cardio and eat healthy, but I still have love handles. My stomach is mostly flat but my lower part of my stomach is still rolled over, and when I sit down I have rolls in my stomach, I also have love handles. I want abs, but need the extra boost to help me burn the fat. So if anyone is 18 and has tried mega-t please tell me if it worked for you and what type of exercises target the lower abs, love handles, and if possible inner thigh.

    Here’s some info:
    I’m a 14 year old girl. I’m pretty skinny but my stomach isn’t as flat as I want it to be. I know there must be something I’m missing. I play soccer and lacrosse and right now soccer is 5 days a week from around 2-5 unless it’s a game day and we do a lot of conditioning. I’ve tried doing ab workouts before but I’ve never been able to see anything happening. If I had to guess I would think its because of my eating habits but they actually aren’t that bad. I never drink soda (I hate fizz), and I don’t have too much junk food. For breakfast I’ll usually have either a banana, cereal, an apple, toast and sometimes poptarts. I pretty much eat the same thing for lunch every day which is a turkey, peanut butter and jelly or egg salad sandwich on potato bread, a granola bar, and two rice cakes. For dinner we usually have home cooked meals other than the occasional pizza or Chinese food night. On the junk food side, I don’t eat as much of it as I used to. The only junk foods I do eat are Oreos, chips and sometimes I’ll have some candy. (Or a lot of times). When I pig out though it’s never really mattered because I have a pretty high metabolism but if that doesn’t matter for abs then I would like to know what to do. It’s not really a whole lot I want to flatten but just that pudge in the lower abdomen.

    I had a baby 15 months ago and my stomach got pretty flat but I guess the muscles were just so stretched out.so now I have an extremely pudgy belly and I don’t like it. Most of it’s not fat, I also weigh 128 and I would like to get back down to 115( my pre-pregnancy weight) so iif you have any tips to get a flatter stomach and maybe lose some of this excess weight feel free to give your thoughts.
